PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES ARE THIS WEEK!

I am looking forward to meeting many of your parents this week.  I have updated Engrade and if you have any questions or concerns about your current grade, don't hesitate to send me a message.  If your grade is suffering I can almost guarantee it is because you are not consistently showing me your practice log each week.  Just fill out your practice log and bring it to class with a parent's signature to receive practice points.  ALSO, IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT OUR HOLIDAY PERFORMANCE AND REHEARSAL TIMES IS LISTED BELOW!  PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND MARK YOUR CALENDAR APPROPRIATELY.

HOLIDAY CONCERT & REHEARSAL SCHEDULE:

Wednesday, December 3rd. 
ALL Wed/Thu/Fri Choir & World Percussion students will have an afternoon rehearsal at Summit.
ALL Wed/Thu/Fri World Percussion students plan to  rehearse during 4th period from 12:15-1:15.
Elementary choir plan to rehearse during 5th period from 1:15-2:15. 
Middle School choir and High School choir come during 6th period if you can anytime after 2:15 but no later than 3:15.  Plan to rehearse until 5:00.

Thursday, December 4th - PERFORMANCE DAY

All Wed/Thu/Fri Musical Theater students should meet on the South end of the Summit building during Thursday's 2nd period class from 9:30-10:30am.

-ALL Wed/Thu/Fri Elementary Choir students should meet on the South end of the Summit building during Thursday's 5th period Elementary Choir class from 1:15-2:15. 

-All Wed/Thu/Fri Middle School & High School Choir students should meet on the South end of the Summit building during Thursday's 6th period class beginning at 2:15.  Middle School plan to stay until 4:00

-All Wed/Thu/Fri World Percussion students should meet on the South end of the Summit building after school from 3:15-4:45

ELEMENTARY CHOIR PERFORMANCE from 6:00-6:45pm, please have students back at Summit by 5:40pm.  You will be dismissed after the Elementary choir performs.

MIDDLE SCHOOL/HIGH SCHOOL CHOIR, WORLD PERCUSSION & MUSICAL THEATER PERFORMANCE from 7:15-8:30pm.  Students, please arrive at Summit at 6:45pm to warm-up and prepare for the concert.
