TUESDAY, MAY 16th – (Dress Rehearsals and Performance)
This is always the most challenging schedule to put together as some of you are only in one of my performance classes and others of you are involved in all of them.  Each year I do my best to put together a schedule that will help keep those of you that are only in one of my classes from having to be at the theater all afternoon and evening.  However, this keeps us from ever being able to run the complete program straight through before we perform and that has proven a challenge.  This year I have decided to plan the rehearsal schedule so we might have a chance to do a run-through of the show.  This may require some of you to return to the theater more than once throughout the afternoon.  You may also plan to bring school work or reading so you can stay at the theater and remain productive when you are not scheduled to be on stage.
12:15-2:00pm – MS CHOIR (please arrive at the theater at 12:15 so we are ready to begin at 12:30)
1:30-3:15pm – HS CHOIR (please arrive at 1:30 so we can practice singing “I Lived” with the MS Choir before they are dismissed)
3:00-4:30pm – WORLD PERCUSSION (please arrive at the theater at 3:00pm so we are ready to begin at 3:15)
4:30-6:25pm – FULL RUN-THROUGH (including Musical Theater Students)
ALL STUDENTS FROM ALL CLASSES SHOULD RETURN TO THE THEATER AT 4:15 FOR FULL RUN-THROUGH
Doors open at 6:30pm, Performance – 7:00pm-8:30pm

WEDNESDAY, MAY 17th – (Performance only, No Rehearsals)
Performers please arrive at 6:15pm.
Doors to the theater will open at 6:30pm
Performance – 7:00pm-8:30pm
