The new rehearsal and performance dates will be December 17th and 18th.
I realize some of you had conflictS with our rehearsals/performance this week and may be able to attend now that it is the 3rd week of December, but I also realize their will be some of you who were available to rehearse/perform on the 3rd/4th and will not be available on the 17th/18th. I apologize for any inconvenience and wish we could have worked it out but our hands are tied.
The rehearsal schedule I sent out earlier (also posted below) will remain the same except on the December 17th and 18th rather than December 3rd and 4th. Please help communicate this information with your fellow classmates as I realize it is rather last minute.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE HOLIDAY CONCERT
REVISED REHEARSALS AND PERFORMANCE DATES:DECEMBER 17th AND 18th
ELEMENTARY CHOIR PERFORMANCE: THURSDAY, DECEMBER 18TH, 2014 6:00-6:30PM (Please be at Summit by 5:40pm)
ALL WED/THU/FRI students please attend the Elementary Choir class on Both Wed, Dec 17rd & Thu, Dec 18th. Class time is from 1:15-2:15pm. Please meet in the South/East section of the Summit building as we will be rehearsing and performing in the new space.
CONCERT ATTIRE: All students should wear black on the bottom half (pants or skirt with leggings, socks/shoes) and either a bright red or green shirt (please try and select a true red or green so our shades are similar) Please no designs, pictures or words printed on the shirts.
MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL PERFORMANCE: THURSDAY, DEC. 18TH 7:00-8:30PM Please be at Summit by 6:40pm)
Rehearsal Schedule is as follows:

Musical Theater: All Wed/Th/Fr students, please plan to attend class 2nd period (9:30-10:30am) on Thursday, December 18th
High School Choir: Please plan to attend after school rehearsals from 3:00-5:00 on Wednesday, Dec 17th and from 3:00-4:30 on Thursday, December 18th.
World Percussion:
All Wed/Th/Fr students, please plan to attend just before 4th period from 12:00-1:15pm both Wed, Dec 17th and Thu, Dec 18th.
Middle School Choir:
All Wed/Th/Fr students, please plan to attend 6th period at 2:15 both Wed, Dec 17th and Thu, Dec 18th. We should be done rehearing by 4:30 each day.
Concert Attire:
Everyone should wear black pants, black socks & black shoes
Musical Theater: You may either wear all black or you can choose to add some 1940's flare with some vintage hats, suit jackets and skirts.
World Percussion: You're colors are black, white and/or Red. Mix and Match how you choose.
Middle School Choir: Girls wear a solid red shirt OR a white shirt with Red scarf or vest, boys wear a solid WHITE shirt and a red tie if you have one.
High School Choir: Wear WHITE shirts for Holiday Concert. Red vests will be provided by summit...We may only have enough vest for the ladies, so guys please wear a red or black tie.
